A delicious and very easy to make cake that you will love for its flavor and it is so pretty to serve to your family or friends that everyone will love it, here is the recipe. INGREDIENTS: FOR THE SPONGE CAKE DOUGH: 2 cups all-purpose wheat flour = 280gr = 14 tablespoons 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt -1 tablespoon baking powder = 20gr more or less 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup vegetable oil = 250ml = 16 tablespoons 4 eggs 1 ½ cups sugar = 330gr = 18 tablespoons 350gr raw skinned grated carrots 1 22cm diameter mold greased and floured. FOR THE TOPPING: 300 g cream cheese 200 g powdered sugar = 1 ½ cups = 16 tablespoons PREPARATION: Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and salt, set aside. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Mix the oil, eggs and sugar and beat well. Add the sifted flour and mix, then add the grated carrots. Mix everything well. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out dry. Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold. CREAM: Mix the cheese with the sugar and beat well until smooth. Cut the cake in half and fill with the white cream made from whipped cream cheese and sugar, then cover with the same cream, decorate to your liking. Let it cool well and enjoy.
