Let's talk about why I don't like external filters, especially since I've had a bad experience with them in the 2-3 cases I've gotten my hands on. But I'm not saying they're bad, they just have their risks and it's necessary for everyone to weigh the risk-benefit ratio. I am not an opponent of external filtration, but I would be afraid to have this filtration at home because of the potential water overflow (overflow of the entire aquarium).
