About :

In 1928, the first of the then 214 series came onto the tracks. By 1936, there were 13 machines. Due to a lack of possible uses, they were taken out of service in 1961/62. In the 1980s, the ÖGEG managed to acquire one of the Romanian licensed replicas and refurbish it to operational condition. As the 12.14, the gigantic express train locomotive was operational for a long time. We have put together some scenes from a Semmering trip. Enjoy watching.
