These are exercises that will help with the movements and joints of the hands, fingers, wrists and elbows. By doing these exercises constantly, the elderly will gain greater mobility, strength and dexterity with their hands and with this, they will be able to eat, dress, write and even do some manual activity, if they like. These exercises are great for people who have had a stroke, Parkinson's, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Alzheimer's, sclerosis in general, fractures in the hands and fingers, arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, tenosynovitis, Dupuytren's contracture and tendonitis. People who have had a stroke can do these exercises, EXCEPT FOR THE BALL SQUEEZE. These are exercises that can be done at home, so that caregivers and companions of elderly people can help them in their daily lives.
