Today I am with you again with a different recipe. Today I will give you the recipe for çak çak dessert. I have prepared this dessert, which is made in different ways in different countries, for you. I am sure you will like it very much. First, let's add 1 egg and 1 pinch of salt to a kneading bowl and beat it with a whisk until it becomes frothy. Then, let's add half a cup of melted butter, a packet of baking powder, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tea glass of warm water and mix it with a whisk first. Then, let's sift two and a half cups of flour and start mixing the dough. I added flour again from time to time. We have added 3.5 cups of flour so far. The dough is still sticky to our hands. After kneading our dough a little more, we divide it into 2 equal parts. Let's add flour and knead until it reaches a consistency that does not stick to the hand. I used another half cup of flour here. Let's put the kneaded dough in a refrigerator bag. We add one tablespoon of cocoa + 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the other dough and knead it until it reaches a smooth consistency like our other dough. We rest the dough we put in a refrigerator bag for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. At the end of 30 minutes, we roll out our dough that has rested to the thickness of manti dough. We cut the dough we have prepared with the help of a glass. In the meantime, if we dip our glass in flour, the glass will not stick to the flour. Let's remove the remaining pieces. First, let's flour the dough we have prepared in order, then let's dip it in egg white with the help of a brush and let's apply egg white right in the middle so that the dough we added on top of it will hold this egg white. In the same way, let's place 5 pieces on top of each other and let's prepare all the dough in this way. I combine the dough from the part where I applied egg white by pressing it in the middle with the brush. I turn it upside down and repeat the same process. Let's prepare all the dough in this way. Let's prepare the syrup. For the syrup, add 1.5 cups of granulated sugar, 1 cup + a quarter cup of water and mix until the sugar dissolves. Let's add a few drops of lemon to our syrup. Our syrup has boiled, when the first heat is gone, let's add a tablespoon of honey. We heated our oil to fry the dough. Separate the dough leaves and carefully dip them into the oil. Wait for a few seconds and leave them in the oil so that they do not stick together. Fry them by pouring oil on them with a ladle. Put our fried dough into our syrup, stir a little and then take them out of the syrup. If you wish, you can also leave the dough warm and then leave it in the syrup. You want it to be crispy. You can make it the second way I said. Our cak cak dessert is ready. It turned out great both visually and deliciously. You should definitely try it.
