The EU NIS2 and EU RCE directives will become legally binding in October 2024. Companies should prepare themselves regardless of whether the Bundestag manages to implement them into German law on time. The need to audit service providers arises from EU NIS 2 Articles 21.2 (d) & 21.3. Many companies will be affected and will therefore have to intensify their audit of the information security of their supply chain for compliance reasons. Even companies that are not directly affected will probably be required by their customers to audit their relevant service providers accordingly. We assume that a similar compliance effort will arise in the B2B sector as has been the case since 2018 due to the GDPR. In this webcast, find out what obligations SEEBURGER is making to information security and how you, as a SEEBURGER cloud customer or with your own operations, can easily audit SEEBURGER as a service provider.
