Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäcker is a veteran of the environmental and climate protection movement and has played a key role in shaping the discussion on #sustainability. The physicist and environmental scientist has been a member of the Bundestag, headed the #UN Center for #Science and #Technology, the Institute for European #Environmental Policy and the Wuppertal Institute for #Climate, #Environment and #Energy, among other things. The honorary president of the Club of Rome is currently a freelancer and an honorary professor at the University of Freiburg.
