This week, Entender Direito presents the third and final chat in the series on constitutional remedies. The focus of the conversation with journalist Fátima Uchôa, federal attorney Priscilla Rolim de Almeida and attorney and law professor Antonio Rodrigo Machado talk about class action lawsuits, public civil lawsuits, habeas data and injunctions. Previously, in the first and second episodes, the focus was on habeas corpus and writs of mandamus respectively. The programs can be watched on the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) YouTube channel. Entender Direito is a biweekly program that focuses on relevant topics in the legal and academic fields and features leading Brazilian jurists. Watch the interview on TV Justiça, on Wednesdays at 10 am, with reruns on Saturdays at 2 pm and Tuesdays at 10 pm. On Rádio Justiça (104.7 FM – Brasília), the program is presented for the first time on Saturdays at 7 am, with a rerun on Sundays at 11 pm.
