Georgian Dream, the pro-Russian party in power in Georgia, emerged victorious in this weekend's legislative election with 54.08% of the vote. In Moldova, on October 20, the referendum on the inclusion in the Constitution of the principle of membership in the European Union saw the "yes" vote win timidly with 50.02% of the vote. Is this the end of the European dream?
