The sauce boils for a minute, then we remove it from the heat and put half the quantity in the oven tray and arrange the eggplant rolls on top of it. We pour the rest of the sauce and put it in the oven for a quarter of an hour on the middle rack at a temperature of 200, then sprinkle its face with cheese.
