Knead a soft dough and knead it with hands for a while. Apply 1/2 teaspoon oil all around so that the dough does not dry. Cover it with a cloth and keep it for 20 minutes, and then knead it a little. Now take a big dough and apply some dry flour on it and roll it into a big roti. Now apply 1 to 1.5 teaspoon ghee on the whole roti. (Ghee should be taken slightly frozen, not completely melted) Apply some (one teaspoon) dry flour on it and spread it well on the whole roti. Make small layers of this roti as shown in the video. Press all the layers lightly. Now hold this long layered dough from the edge and make it a little longer so that the lachhas are formed properly. Now hold it from one side and make it round and make a ball and then press it lightly with your hands. Make all the balls in this way. Cover all the balls in a cloth and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now apply some dry flour on one ball and start rolling it lightly and keep it on a hot pan for roasting. When it is cooked a little, flip the paratha.
