Ingredients: 1 kg of cleaned and cut muscle 1/2 kg of various vegetables (we used 2 carrots, 2 zucchini) 1 medium onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 leek Green seasonings for bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf and rosemary) Preparation: Cut the ingredients into coarse pieces and prepare the bouquet garni. To do this, simply combine the dark part of the leek with thyme, bay leaves and rosemary and tie it with string. Start by browning the meat over high heat with a tablespoon of corn oil.
