ARTISAN DANI BARBOZA IS A SUCCESS AT THE 9TH SENAC PATCHWORK WEEK. Artisan and psychology student Dani Barboza, as she is known in the arts, was not expecting this. This Saturday, June 2nd, the artisan was at the 9th Senac Patchwork Week to present her new work, a little EVA doll that resembles a little girl with clothes made of patchwork. According to the artisan, this new creation came about after being invited by the production team of TV ARTESANATO SEM STRESS to participate in the program. According to her, she was very nervous since this was her first time participating in a television program. But right at the beginning, it was difficult to contain the women who invaded the studio to take pictures of the dolls as well as their creator, who certainly did not expect the positive reciprocity from the public. According to the presenter and also director of the program, Daisy Scurato, the program will air on TV ABERTA SÃO PAULO later this month and will certainly have a good audience. The artisan is part of the elite group of the company Raber EVA and TEKBONDE adhesive products, and is one of the only ones in São Paulo who makes this type of craft with such precision. BELOW IS AN INTERVIEW WITH THE ARTISAN FOR OUR NEWSPAPER 1 - Tell us a little about yourself (name, age, place of residence) and your experiences inside and outside the craft industry. My name is Daniela, I am 29 years old, I live in São Paulo. I am a housewife, married, and have 3 children. And at the moment my only activity is crafts, which in addition to being a hobby, has become my current job. 2 - How and when did you start your activities as an artisan? I've always liked crafts and since I was a teenager I've been looking for something to do. I started with tracing paper, I made cards and it was my passion. I've made candles, painted wood, decoupaged, and used felt art, until about a year ago I came across EVA. I fell in love with this material, with the infinite possibilities of transforming it. There are no limits. Every day more and more ideas come to me and today it's part of my life. 3. Tell us about your blog and how the idea for your brand came about. The blog started about three years ago and had only the name ARTEDADANY, since I did a little bit of everything, but then I saw that I needed to change that and specify my art. I completely changed the appearance and the name to EVA ARTS.
