(Spanish and French subtitles) Dysphagia is the difficulty in properly transferring solid and liquid food from the mouth to the stomach due to a physical, neurological or degenerative disorder. Its detection, whether by a health professional, caregivers or even the person themselves, is vital, as it leads to very serious health complications. Hence, adequate training is necessary in order to improve the quality of life of people who suffer from it and those around them. “Dysphagia, good practices and nutrition” aims to be a resource for all those entities that have health professionals or people who care for people with disabilities and/or dependency who have prior knowledge on the subject, so that it serves to consolidate basic concepts and practices.
