Many do not know that Panjalu, Ciamis Regency, West Java stores various heirlooms left by their ancestors, the first spreaders of Islam on the island of Java. These heirlooms are neatly stored in the Pasucian Bumi Alit Museum. After being renovated several times, the current form of the Bumi Alit building resembles a mosque with three roofs. There is a snake statue in front of the entrance and an elephant statue in front of the museum gate. Local residents believe that the objects stored in Bumi Alit, one of which is a gift from the Prophet's Companion, Sayyidina Ali RA, to Prabu Sanghyang Borosngora as well as weapons used by the previous king. These heirlooms include swords, dwisula, keris, kujang, goong, pancaworo, and bangreng. One piece of evidence that the sword belonged to Sayyidina Ali is that there are 3 sentences in Arabic on the blade of the sword, which read: La Fabasirtha Ali Ya Ali al dzulfikaqar Wa Ali Wasohbihi Azma'in, Laa Syaefi Illa Dzulfiqar, Laa Fatta Illa Aliyya Karomallahu Wajnahu. "This is Syaidinna Ali Karomallohu Wajhnahu's sword." Until now, visitors can enter Bumi Alit after obtaining permission from the Panjalu caretaker. Apart from being a museum, there is also a special place used by people to make pilgrimages to the graves of their ancestors.
