Subscribe to this great channel and visit Bares für Rares in the ZDFmediathek: https://kurz.zdf.de/bfrzdf/ This leather suitcase from the 1950s/60s was found in the attic. Can money be made from dust? The three-part suitcase is from M. Mädler, a renowned leather goods company that was founded in Leipzig in 1850. The outside and bottom are made of calf leather and the interior is lined with silk fabric. The attached brass buttons are also eye-catching. Expert Detlev rates the overall condition as very good, there are only signs of wear on the inside of the suitcase and a small hole that needs to be patched. His expertise is therefore at 250-300 euros. Anaisio, Fabian and Julian are immediately enthusiastic - who will pick up the leather piece in the dealer's room?
