It may vary depending on the company, but most of them will be assigned older vehicles, and as time goes by, they will get used to the vehicles of the middle years, and then they will receive a new vehicle. To be honest, most of the newly released vehicles are assigned to veteran drivers by transportation companies. The reason for getting used to the feel of an old vehicle is to first get used to the clutch, gear feel, and driving feel, and later get a better feel for whether it's a mid-year vehicle or a new vehicle, and to improve safe driving, so I think most of the people who drive new vehicles are veteran drivers! Anyway, during lunch and break times, I reviewed the exterior and interior of the vehicle, and during practice, I (the Transportation Museum) drove it myself, and even filmed an internal driving video from behind.
