Welcome to my channel :) This video is about a customer story - more precisely about an Audi A6 4 G that failed the emissions test and therefore the MOT because of a supposedly defective diesel particulate filter. And about an Audi authorized workshop that charged €220 for troubleshooting and made a completely wrong diagnosis. But that's not all - the mechanic made a serious mistake and caused €3500 in damage to my customer's car. As always, I hope you enjoy the video.
