Probiotics and fermented foods, like kimchi, sauerkraut, or kombucha, are great for our health. Our microbiome is the set of viruses, fungi, and bacteria that live in our bodies. And the more variety we have of these microorganisms, the healthier we will be. Our health is the MOST important thing we can have in our life. If we are not healthy, we will not be able to create our ideal life. And if we have already built a life that works for us, without health, we will not be able to enjoy it. That is why I have always believed that our health should be our priority, because without it we would have nothing. I have not been sick for more than 3 years and I believe that this is largely due to the lifestyle I lead. But in this particular video, I would like to share with you what the microbiome is, how we can benefit from eating probiotics and fermented foods, like kimchi or kombucha.
