First mountain tour with the DJI Neo: Breathtaking shots of the Schafberg! In the last video I showed you some cool impressions of hikes with my DJI Neo drone. Today I'm taking you on my first mountain tour, which I'm documenting entirely with this drone - on my local mountain, the Schafberg in the beautiful Salzkammergut. I'm really excited to see how the DJI Neo works in practice and how well the drone performs for outdoor tours. Before we get started and you see the first impressions of the tour, I'd like to tell you a little about my practical additional bag from Tasmanian Tiger. This bag is the perfect companion if you want to have the drone to hand at all times without having to take off your backpack. I already mentioned in the last video how practical it is. Today you can see the bag in action! Thanks to the flexible attachment options using PALS attachment loops for the MOLLE system, I can attach the bag to almost any surface. Particularly useful: A built-in rain cover protects my equipment if the weather doesn't play along. The drone is ready for use in a flash - just take it out of the bag, without a controller or cell phone, and you can start by hand-launching. For those who don't know: The DJI Neo drone can also be operated using an app, which is particularly useful if you want to take quick quick shots on a mountain tour. In my additional bag, I not only have the drone, but also a power bank with which I can charge the drone immediately after each flight. This keeps the battery full for a long time and I can film all day long. Speaking of batteries: I also have two additional batteries from the DJI Neo Fly More Combo with me, of course, so that I can really document an entire mountain tour without any problems. In addition to the drone and the power bank, I also stowed my microphone in the bag so that I can always make the best sound recordings. And another little trick: Sometimes I put my phone in my pocket during the flight so that I have both hands free. That way I always have everything to hand and can even charge my phone with the power bank if necessary.
