Yotsuwari Yotsuwari is a traditional bread from Minamisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. It has been around for over 60 years. The bread looks like a cracked bread with a basic filling of red bean and topped with creams of various flavors. The owner of the shop, who created the recipe, has a strong spirit in working. In 2011, the tsunami caused great damage to the Fukushima area. However, with the desire to help the people in the area as much as possible, the owner and the staff of this bakery shop did not leave.
