With his latest work Theory of Jesus, the philosopher Michel Onfray once again raises the question of the historicity of Jesus in order to deny it. It goes without saying that we cannot have definitive proof of this existence, it is rather a matter of historical plausibility. For that, we would need a contemporary direct testimony.
