Dry the chicken with tissue, cover the chicken with baking paper or plastic then flatten by hitting it with a rolling pin or blunt object 2. Marinate the chicken with finely ground garlic, ginger water, Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce, pepper, granulated sugar, powdered broth, and cornstarch, mix well, cover with cling wrap and let stand for at least 15 minutes 3.
