A journey about the female body, ancestral wisdom and the power of menstrual blood. A journey through feminine archetypes and the multiplicities of living with awareness of our own cycles. Morena Cardoso is a body psychotherapist, writer, researcher, activist, mother, woman, heroine of her own journey. A pilgrim who began her search for herself through contact with different cultures, both within her body and around the world. From the interior of Minas Gerais to the Himalayas, passing through Paris, London and several Amazonian tribes; Morena finds her greatest potential in feminine rescue, healing herself through the healing of other women. Morena constructs while breaking deconstructions, with knowledge and subtleties, content in various forms of poetry, transforming lives. She invites us to appropriate the narrative about Being-Woman, invoking the female body as a tool for coping, resistance, and critical and reflective power.
