!!!ATTENTION!!! DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE GAS BEFORE DISASSEMBLING In this video I show how to disassemble, change the oil, seal and bushing of the CRF 250 rear shock absorber and which items to inspect. The oil used was a specific oil for shock absorbers with a viscosity of 5W.
