Several experts were panelists at the Dialogue “Invisibility of waste management in cities. What public policies and infrastructure do we need?”, organized by the Infrastructure Policy Council (CPI). The meeting was moderated by Pedro Palominos, director of the Smartcity Lab center at the University of Santiago, and was attended by Juan Pablo Letelier, director of the Chile Circular Foundation; Luis Carvajal, head of the regional investment management department of the Undersecretariat of Regional Development (Subdere); Carolina Manríquez, in charge of waste and circular economy of the Regional Government of Santiago; and Claudio Contreras, Director of Cleaning and Comprehensive Waste Management of the Municipality of Santiago.
