Living in your own home, away from the bustle of the city, is the dream of any family. And demand creates supply. Cottage villages near Kazan are now springing up like mushrooms after rain. We asked ourselves: where is the best place to buy a house? For the experiment, we chose 3 villages in the Laishevsky direction: Novye Sokury, Turgay Deluxe Village, and Kaipy-2. We evaluated them by cost, repair, availability of infrastructure, quality of houses and finishing. To select and evaluate houses, we invited 3 young families who helped us make an unbiased response and identify all the pros and cons of developers.
