Converting the cabinet doors with hinges and installing the refrigerator in the mounting rail flat hinge technology. For the refrigerator we need a cordless screwdriver, a folding rule and a pencil. The cabinet in which we will install the refrigerator has a door with a drag connection, and the refrigerator we are installing has a door mounted on a mounting rail with flat hinge technology. First, we dismantle the door and unscrew the hinges from the fronts, then detach the other parts of the hinges from the body. Once the hinges are unscrewed, we remove the protruding plastic pins from the fronts so that a smooth surface is created and seal the hinge holes. Next, we place the refrigerator in the cabinet, connect the power cable to the power supply and prepare all the parts that go into assembling the refrigerator. First, we mount the plastic brackets on the bottom and top of the refrigerator. Next, we will screw the sides of the lower and upper refrigerator doors with the metal parts that we will use to attach the fronts, this is best done in advance since access will be worse later. Then we will take the plastic spacers, fold them in half and apply them to the hinges of the refrigerator door. The refrigerator will then be placed in the cabinet body and screwed into the cabinet body with the screws included in the refrigerator mounting kit. Then we will close all the holes of the hinges with the plastic plugs supplied by the manufacturer and apply the gasket that we have previously cut to size. The gasket that fills the space between the refrigerator and the cabinet body is measured on the refrigerator and cut with a knife. Thus prepared, the refrigerator is ready for the assembly of the cabinet fronts, which will be screwed onto the mounting rail. We now take the measurement from the top of the cabinet body to the opening and transfer this measurement to the refrigerator cabinet door using a ruler and a pencil, measure the center of the front and mark it with a pencil, then unscrew the mounting rail from the refrigerator door and screw it onto the cabinet fronts. We take the front prepared in this way and place it on the refrigerator door and pre-screw it with the screws that we previously removed from the mounting rail. Close the door and check the alignment of the front, which we pre-adjust with the screws on the mounting rail. We then take the lower front out of the cabinet and, as with the upper front, measure the center of the front and mark it with a pencil, then unscrew the mounting rail from the refrigerator door and screw it onto the cabinet fronts. We use the upper screws of the mounting rail to adjust the position of the door. The adjustment consists of loosening the fastening screws and loosening or tightening the adjusting screws that allow our fronts to move up and down. To adjust the fronts sideways, we simply loosen the fixing screws and move the front to the right or left at the desired distance so that the fronts are positioned precisely and the joints between them and the other elements of the kitchen are even (in our case, this is the corner panel). After adjusting our fronts and making sure that they are evenly aligned, we screw them firmly into the refrigerator door using the screws provided by the manufacturer. We make it easier to screw in the screws by carefully pre-drilling with a small drill beforehand. We use the screws on the metal parts of the door to adjust the door so that the refrigerator door is flush with the other doors or parts of the kitchen. After assembling the cabinet fronts and screwing them to the refrigerator door, we close and reinforce all the metal parts with the plastic parts provided by the manufacturer. Attention: Remember that after installation, the refrigerator should stand for at least 12 hours and only then should it be turned on.
