The motor from the washing machine, or the universal serial motor, is one of the most used motors. Almost everyone has it in the washing machine at home. Even though more modern engines are coming in recently. The motor from the washing machine has an input of approx. 400 W and can spin over 10,000 revolutions per minute. Universal series motor works on both AC and DC. It is in series because the stator and rotor windings are connected in series.
