The City of Saint-Étienne has decided to support its communication strategy by producing a film that reflects the image of Saint-Étienne and the people of Saint-Étienne. The aim was not to offer yet another institutional film, nor to produce a film that resembles all those of the big cities that hit us with key figures, on themes that are rarely renewed. The City of Saint-Étienne's bias is to play on the register of sincere emotion carried and highlighted by the people of Saint-Étienne, proud of their city. The film deals with all the facets of Saint-Étienne (quality and living environment, design, innovation, etc.) by relying on beautiful images of the city and especially on the reading of a poetic text expressed by the people of Saint-Étienne. The film is intended for the people of Saint-Étienne so that they become aware of the wealth of their city and so that they relay and widely share their pride. It is also intended for the general public, beyond our territory, to show the wealth of our city and convey a new image.
