Claypot chicken rice recipe This recipe is divided into several preparation parts A) Chicken marinade ingredients 1/2 chicken cut up ready 10 shitake mushrooms (sliced) 2 garlic cloves (diced) 2 pieces of ginger 1 tbsp liquid soy sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce sweet 1 tbsp corn flour 1 cube chicken starch 1/2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp white pepper A little salt B) Soy sauce to pour over rice 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp thick soy sauce 1 tbsp liquid soy sauce 3 tbsp oyster sauce Other ingredients to put on top of rice (each 1 claypot container) 3 tbsp apple juice 1/2 half of salted mackerel fish 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp cooking oil (place in around the claypot to get a crust of rice) Preparation of rice - Fry 1 tbsp of margarine, add 2 pieces of chicken skin..fry until the oil from the chicken skin comes out. Fry for a while 1 piece of salted fish in the same container and then remove the salted fish (to be placed on top of the rice)
