Cisna, an orphaned bear cub from the Bieszczady Mountains, moved to a bear sanctuary in Poznań in April 2016. In Nature, for the first two years, the little bear cubs are always with their mother and sometimes with their siblings - little Cisna really needed a companion. That's why in June she was joined by Bari - a Tibetan mastiff, her age. They play together, mischief together, sleep together. They also grow together. In January 2017, they both turned one. Time will tell what will happen next. Bari will remain Cisna's companion only as long as it is safe and comfortable for them. Here are some fragments of their common growing up. Cisna is the orphaned brown bear cub. It is unclear why this little bear was alone and abandoned by her mother. When she was found by a forest ranger of Cisna Forestry Management in the Bieszczady mountains, she was about 2 months old. Even after providing for her all the help she needed she was too small and helpless to get back alone to the natural habitat and survive it. In April 2016 she was transferred to the Poznan Zoo and got a place in the bear sanctuary. As a baby Cisna really needed a friend to keep her welfare. Bacause of that in June 2016 she started sharing her home with a dog named Bari, the Tibetan Mastiff. Since this time they have played, eaten, slept and grown together. When they meet each other they were 5 month old. In January 2017 the finished their first year of life. How long will Bari and Cisna live together?
