Ingredients: Yeast dough: 550 g flour (type 550) 80g sugar 20 g fresh yeast approx. 200 ml cold milk 70g butter 1 egg Cinnamon roll filling: 100g soft butter 80 g sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Walnut crumble 60 g butter 60 g brown sugar or normal 70 g ground walnuts 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 75g flour Swabian term: Luse hau = storm-free approx. 1 kg plums
