So here is a versatile appetizer that you can modify as you like and you can also prepare it in advance without any problems, and it is very simple to prepare. For 15 savoury biscuits Stuffed Savoury Shortcrust Pastry 250 g flour 120 g butter Salt a teaspoon 1 Egg Water a tablespoon Pumpkin cream 250 g cooked pumpkin Salt pepper Rosemary Parmesan a tablespoon Breadcrumbs a tablespoon Olive oil 2 tablespoons Ricotta cream 250 g dry ricotta Salt pepper parsley 5 chopped olives Olive oil 2 tablespoons Other ingredients to garnish at the end such as: smoked salmon, lard, bacon, grilled vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, and whatever you prefer. First prepare the savoury shortcrust pastry. In a bowl, place the flour and the butter in pieces, the butter must be cold out of the fridge for about 30 minutes. And the salt.
