To make the chickpeas cook faster, add a little baking soda to the water! Recipe: Boil chickpeas for 1 hour. Add shallot, bell pepper, celery stalk, parsley, cucumber, cherry tomatoes to cooled chickpeas. Prepare sauce: Add a teaspoon of honey to mustard and season with pepper and salt. Add oil and mix all ingredients. At the very end add a little vinegar or lemon juice. Add the prepared sauce to vegetables and mix. Salad ready! ENJOY! :)
