Hey! In today's video, I'll teach you how to make a mini chicken pie in a lunch box to make and sell! Cream cheese from a tube without starch (catupiry type) ASSEMBLY: For the bottom I used 50g of dough and for the lid 20g, but after removing the trimmings I ended up using less. FILLING 50g of chicken + 20g of cream cheese I used only half of the filling. The dough was everything.
