Here, taking a wrong step to the right or left, stumbling can result in tragedy. We were in the most mine-contaminated area in Agdam. Weather conditions sometimes and in many cases do not allow for mine-sniffing operations. Mine-sniffing has to work under this stress every day, with extreme caution. It is difficult and takes a long time to clear our areas of mines. Even 10 years!
