Leave to rest in the fridge for an hour. After the time has passed, with wet hands she forms nuggets that she dips into the batter made of very cold beer and flour. She passes the nuggets in the corn flakes and crumbled chips and then fries them in plenty of oil. Giovanna also prepares the accompanying sauce by frying the onion in a pan. She blends with the red wine vinegar and then adds the tomato puree, brown sugar, corn starch dissolved in water, spicy paprika, ginger powder, cloves, nutmeg, salt and pepper. After cooking it for 30 minutes, she blends it and passes it through a sieve. Serve the nuggets with the sauce.
