Separate the ingredients and get ready to make a wonderful meal. #NhacGNT #TemperodeFamília #RodrigoHilbert Ingredients: For the zucchini: 3 small Italian zucchini 2 tablespoons of olive oil for seasoning 1 teaspoon of curry Salt and black pepper to taste 50ml of olive oil for frying For the Chicken: 1kg of boneless chicken breast 1 large onion 3 cloves of garlic 50ml of vinegar 1 teaspoon of curry powder 50ml of oil for sautéing Salt and black pepper to taste For the fricassee: 2 cups of grated parmesan cheese 1 can of corn 200g of creamy cheese ½ bunch of green chilli 1 chopped onion 3 cloves of chopped garlic 1 chopped tomato 50ml of olive oil for sautéing Salt and black pepper to taste For the straw potatoes: 4 units of asterix potatoes 1 spoon of white wine vinegar Ice water Oil for deep frying Salt to taste Preparation: Wash and chop the chicken breast, season with salt, black pepper, curry, vinegar and set aside. In a pan, add the oil and heat it. Peel and roughly chop 1 onion and 3 cloves of garlic. With the oil already hot, add the garlic, onion and then the chicken. Let it brown well and stick to the bottom of the pan to release a lot of flavor. At this point, add water until half of the chicken breast. Let it cook well. Once the chicken breast is already cooked, remove the chicken breast from the pan, shred it and set aside. Wash and cut the zucchini horizontally. Season the zucchini with salt, black pepper, curry powder and olive oil, set aside. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. In a pan, add the oil and heat it. Add the garlic and let it fry until golden. Then add the onion and let it brown. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add the shredded chicken to the stew and mix well. Add the tomato, corn and mix well. Add the green scent and mix well again. Turn off the heat. Finish with cream cheese. In a frying pan, add the oil and heat until it is very hot. Add the zucchini and let them fry on one side and the other. Just fry, don't let it cook. Remove from the frying pan and add to the refractory where we will assemble the fricassee. Distribute the fricassee over the zucchini, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken filling and bake in a medium oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the straw potatoes and serve. For the straw potatoes: Peel the potatoes and coarsely grate them. Add the grated potatoes to a bowl with ice water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to remove excess starch and make the potatoes very dry. Remove from the water and let dry on a kitchen towel. In a pan, add oil for deep frying. Let it get very hot. Add the potato and let it turn golden. As soon as you take the potatoes out of the oil, place them in an iron sieve to make them crispy.
