INGREDIENTS: For 5 chicken legs For the meat: Mixed spices: (I describe it so that you don't have to replace the salt, as I did in the video) 2 teaspoons of salt 1 teaspoon of paprika 3 teaspoons of garlic granules 2 teaspoons of pepper (coffee spoon) I used this for the meat, it's convenient with one and a half tablespoons, mixed in a little oil. (1-1.5 dl) 2 dl sour cream, seasoned to taste 10-15 dkg cheese Nokedli: 55 dkg flour (I used a third of semolina) 2 eggs 1 teaspoon salt and as much water as the flour add it, but don't make it too hard. For this: 1.1 kg of cabbage (salted with 1 flat tablespoon, before wringing out) I didn't need more salt, but taste it. 1 generous tablespoon of fat, to taste, pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar for sure (then taste it, because you may need more) GOOD APPETITE!
