In this episode I go to Uppsala to visit "Matgeek". We will investigate whether it is possible to mix really good drinks cheaply. Vodka/Spirit Tonic 5 cl Vodka/Refined Spirit 10-15 cl Tonic Use a tall glass with ice. Mix the ingredients directly in the glass. Optionally, garnish with a piece of lemon peel and squeeze a wedge of lemon in. Stir and serve. Moscow Mule 5 cl Vodka/purified spirits 3 cl Lemon juice 2 cl Sugar layer 0.5-1 cl Ginger juice Use a tall glass with ice. Shake the ingredients cold. Strain into the glass and garnish with a lemon wedge if desired. Whiskey Sour 5 cl Whiskey 3 cl Lemon juice 2 cl Sugar layer 1 Egg white Use a stemmed glass without ice. Shake the ingredients airily without ice. Then shake everything cold with ice. Strain into the glass.
