With few specific tools you can change the oil seals in a much easier way!!! Just a vice and oil seal pusher for more ease and assurance in the essential gesture! To see just the fork oil change I will let you watch the following video: Let's go in order: put the bike on the center stand and lift the front remove the front caliper remove the odometer cable remove the elements in the way to remove the front wheel remove the front wheel axle clamping screw and remove the axle and wheel remove the front mudguard remove the handlebars remove the caps at the upper fork T's undo the hexagon screw from the fork using a flat wrench remove the screw and its washer drain the fork oil remove the clip and the upper cap remove the spacer, washer and spring remove the fork and loosen the screws of the upper and lower fork T's put the fork in a vice remove the dust cover remove the oil seal clip place the fork horizontally in the vice and extract the fork tube from the fork remove the fork oil seal and clean the assembly re-oil everything reposition the fork in a vice put the fork back in the sheath with the damping pipe in the fork and the fixing with the screw thread in the sheath for the hexagon screw put tape on the top of the fork tube oil and position the new oil seal and slide it while turning use the old oil seal as a pusher use a cut PVC pipe or a pusher tool for oil seal and tap on the old oil seal to push the new one into its housing remove the tools reposition the clip then the dust cover then click on the link to see the fork oil change • Change the motorcycle fork oil from A ... the description includes the following steps.
