About :

Having already participated in buying real estate in France twice, my main advice would be - be patient! Each stage has its own peculiarities, knowing which you can save money somewhere, gain time somewhere, and most importantly - not go crazy from eternal waiting. The process of buying real estate is not that difficult, but it is quite long. Perhaps this is also a peculiarity of the south of France, because here everything goes at a very measured pace. Patience is needed at each stage, starting with calling agents, because in order to get a rendezvous (an appointment with him), you often need to call several times, leave messages after the beep signal, remind about yourself in SMS, and then wait a week until this agent finds 10 minutes to show you the apartment :)) But, if you are prepared for all these expectations in advance, then everything will go quite easily!
