https://www.oderso.cool/ How do you actually build a patio roof? It can't be that difficult. 2-3 posts or 4, then smear concrete around the bases and put a roof on top. My patio roof was of course a bit more work. The patio roof had to be quite high so that the whole thing could be covered with vines. Then just put transparent corrugated sheets and a nice gutter on top. But how do you screw the corrugated sheets on, which ones do you use and how do you put a gutter on? Never done any of that before. In addition to weather conditions that got worse over the almost 3-month implementation period (from T-shirt to winter jacket), I had to prepare a few other things beforehand anyway. For example, tear down half of a wall, build it back up, dig up the garden and conquer the bustling hazelnut. Luckily my friend Udo/Olaf/Ulli/Oliander was always there to give me advice and help me through desperation. Together we built the shabbiest patio roof since patio roofs were invented. So here are the instructions for building it yourself. As always, a little crooked, dripping and not quite finished, but at least now my table on the patio isn't wet with rain anymore. As a little Christmas special, extra long and extra wild. In the video there are a few questions for you, as always a million tips from me who, as always, became an expert during the implementation and of course a little song at the end. I wish you a wonderful Christmas, your DIY king Fynn Kliemann
