On November 4th, the Brevetment Ceremony of the new Paratroopers of the 24/4 Basic Paratrooper Stage, intended for corporals and soldiers, took place at the General Penha Brasil Paratrooper Training Center, “Paratrooper School – 1945”. A total of 152 paratroopers were licensed, 135 from the Brazilian Army and 17 from the Brazilian Navy. Among these, Corporal Uelinton FEIJÓ de Mello, from GRUMEC, and Private Jhonatam Pablo Almeida MUNIZ, from the Center, stood out. The graduation ceremony was attended by authorities and relatives of the brevetted paratroopers who shared the emotion of those who, with great effort and dedication, began to display on their uniforms the winged triad, composed of the “Silver Wings”, the “brown boot” and the “burgundy beret”, symbols that characterize the mystique of the paratrooper troop.
