Comment You can find me on Instagram here: / babcake_official Recipe for 8 rolls: 500-520g flour (type 550) 300 ml lukewarm water 15g yeast half a teaspoon of sugar a teaspoon of salt a tablespoon of oil (neutral cooking oil) Bake at 240 degrees top / bottom heat for 10 minutes, then at 220 degrees for a further 10 minutes.
