In this video about the BSE PH10 140cc Pitbike, I once again overhauled the engine and fixed the flaws of the first assembly. I replaced the gearbox forks and clutch discs, which had been broken after a year of not the most gentle use. I also installed new rings, and the kick shaft with worn splines was replaced with a similar one only from an Alpha. Having replaced the decompressor mechanism in the head, I reduced kickbacks when starting the pit, and also almost completely removed them by installing a switch from a scooter with an adjustable ignition timing. Finally, I redesigned the cage for the battery and now the pit starts with an electric starter. I measured the maximum speed of the pit and it made me very happy.
