A man was arrested for ramming a woman on a bicycle, pushing her onto the roadway and causing a collision with a motorcycle. Suspect Tomoo Shibuya (62), an unemployed man from Minoh City, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. According to the police, on December 18th, Shibuya rammed a woman on a bicycle as she passed him on a sidewalk in Minoh City, pushing her onto the roadway and attempting to kill her. Shibuya did not know the woman. Around 6:30 pm, Shibuya rammed a woman on a bicycle coming from the opposite direction. The woman collided with a motorcycle traveling on the roadway, and the man on the motorcycle also fell off. The woman sustained serious injuries, including a broken rib, and the man's right leg.
