Bocaina Immersion with Bike Chef: Challenges and Surprises: Nena's Story and the Epic Last Day!

🚵‍♂️ A DISCUSSIONAL ending to our immersion in Serra da Bocaina! On the last day of the DESComunal Experience, we faced a challenging route with 24 km and more than 1,000 m of accumulated altitude, amid stunning landscapes. The route seemed simple: an intense descent followed by an 8 km climb, but it was much more than that! 🌄 On the way, we were surprised by Nena, an incredible dog who appeared on the way down and accompanied us for almost 15 km, always leading the group. On the climb, she showed her strength and determination, disappearing a few kilometers from the end. The big surprise came when we arrived at the Pousada: Nena was already there, waiting for us! We discovered that she is the mother of Xêpa, the inn's owners' dog, and that she knew the route better than all of us. But how did she know we were going there?
