For a 26cm mold I need: 4 eggs 200g sugar 100g flour 1 pinch of baking powder 50g liquid margarine/butter 50 sliced almonds 400ml cream 2 tablespoons sugar 1 packet of Ruf gourmet cream Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Line the base with baking paper and pour in the dough. Melt the margarine and spread it on the dough by spoonful. Now sprinkle the almond flakes on top. Bake at 170° for approx. 20 minutes. Do the wooden skewer test or press on it. If it sounds frothy, it's ready. (Convection oven with bottom heat) Allow to cool and cut through the middle. Then whip the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and spread it on the base. Cut the top layer into 12 pieces and place on the cream. It really is so delicious, be sure to bake it.
